    Lucerne is the city located in central Switzerland. Due to its paranormal mountains, exciting shopping and rich culture, it is becoming to grow into one of the top destinations of Switzerland.

    History is a part of Lucerne with its great buildings. Houses which are arranged in a beautiful way provide a scenic view to the city and the twin towers of Hofkirche is one of the greatest feats of architecture in all of Europe.

    In spite of being rich in history and architecture, the town also has many modern sites and stuff. Many modern innovative designs can be seen all over Lucerne and the Culture and Convention center are one of the fine examples. Lucerne is also the center of many excursions and if you are there you must visit the mountains of Pilatus. There are many ferries from Lucerne which take you to the beautiful trails and inspiring sites.

    The Mystery and Magical Milford Sound!

    At the South Islands of New Zealand there lies a beautiful, scenic place called Milford Sound. It is one of the top tourist attracting spots of the country and thousands of people visit it every year. Milford Sound is located inside the boundaries of the Fiordland National Park, the largest of its kind in a oceanic region. The park has obtained the status of the “World Heritage Park” due to its increased efforts to maintain ecological balance.

    Milford Sound located inside the park is a region where you can find awe inspiring scenes of cliffs, peaks, waterfalls and mountains. If you are lucky, you can even catch a glimpse of the penguins and sea gulls. Inside the Milford Sound is the majestic, pyramid shaped Mitre Peak with an altitude of more than 1,500 m. The place also has an underwater observatory which is one of its kinds. All these factors make Milford Sound the best tourist spot in New Zealand.

    Rome, the capital of Italy is one of the oldest cities of the world. It definitely occupies a spot in the top 10 tourist places of the world. With all this, there comes confusion on which place to see and which place to leave in Rome. If you are going there for the first time, make sure you check all these following places:

    Of course The Roman Colosseum is the first place that you have to see. The very building itself has been there for over 200 years and it was once used for games of amusement such as the Gladiator games and Animal hunts. While it has been damaged over the years, it still remains as a site for such great history.

    Although the Vatican City is a separate country, it still remains inside Rome. You should not miss seeing it. The other places which you should not miss include the Trevi Fountains, Palatine Hills and the Roman Forum.

    Bath is a town located in the south of England with a population of 90,000. If you are hearing about this place for the first time, its name might sound rather unique. Well, there is a perfectly good explanation for this rather unique name. Bath is the only town in the UK to have a naturally occurring hot spring.

    Over the years, Bath has grown into a modern architectural home ground. Before the 18th century, this place had many wool traders but after that many of today’s monuments were built. It is probably the only place in England to have a Georgian townhouse known as Circus.

    Many of the architectural elements in Bath are based on Georgian works also there are many places having Gothic architectural background. Over 5 million tourists come to Bath every year and the town has the infrastructure to accommodate all of them at the same time with a wide variety of restaurants, hotels and resorts.

    The Vatican City is the birth place of religion. It is the place where His Holiness resides. More than anything, it is the most visited tourist place in the whole of Europe.     As soon as you set foot in the Vatican City, you will feel a sense of purity in you. You can go trekking in the walls of Vatican to get a view of this holy city. You might often run into the gardens of the Vatican which cover half of the land area of the country. These gardens are the best in the world and they host a range of vibrant, warm flowers.

    Vatican City is the center of art and architecture in this world with the likes of Michelangelo, Bernini and Madero all leaving their legacies here.

    If you are looking for a short trip within Europe, you might want to try Bruges located in Belgium. It is one of the largest towns in the north of Belgium and hosts a great number of tourist attractions. It is also one of UNESCO’s World Heritage Sites.

    If you are looking for a place to escape from the unbearable cold of the winter, then St. Thomas located in the Caribbean is your answer. Well, there are other Islands of the Caribbean which remain humid then why should you choose St. Thomas? Here are the reasons why!

    Every Island has its own group of beaches but the ones in St. Thomas are small hence free from tourist crowd. Then, they are 100% natural and you can even see the true blue color of the sea water in them. Then there are the mountains. There are not many Islands in which you can see beaches near the mountains.

    One great advantage that this Island has over the others is the fact that their official language is English. It is always better to go to a place where you can easily communicate. Then more importantly, if you are an US citizen, you don’t need a passport to go there as they are part of US Virgin Islands.

    The enjoyable Island of St. John

    The fleet of the US Virgin Islands has been turning into a holiday paradise for many people around the world. Located 40 minutes away from the famous St. Thomas is the natural and beautiful St. John. There are many ferries that operate between these two Islands so it is always wise to see them both on your trip.

    The Island is more commercial nowadays and so you don’t have to worry about being stranded. Even though the commercialization has struck the Islands, they are still very calm and serene as always. Beaches such as the Trunk Bay and the Solomon Beach are one of the best beaches in the Caribbean and all these beaches are open for the public. The National Park located here offers 20 miles of natural hiking tracks. You can also go for horse riding, diving and fishing in this Island. Overall, it is only fair to say that you will be overwhelmed by this Island once you go there.

    Dingle Peninsula is the land area bounded by water on three sides at the south of Ireland. This area is well known for its tourist attraction due to large number of historical and archaeological monuments.

    Many researchers have said that this place has evidences which denote the settlement of people in this area well before 4000 BC. They also say that the Dingle peninsula is one of the earlier human established places in the United Kingdom.
    This place is also the birth place of the Ogham stones which are large stones that were used to denote directions and other land related information. Since this place is located in the remotest corner of the world, many monastic settlements could be related back here. Even today there are more than 25 settlements which can be seen here.

    History is still oozing from the rocks and sands of Dingle. It is surely a place that you wouldn’t want to miss.
